To celebrate #PrideMonth, Midcounties Co-Operative is sharing stories from LGBTQ+ Colleagues about the good work they do in the community and how the convenience sector can foster safe, inclusive spaces for all convenience colleagues.

The Inclusion Allies Network at Your Coop aims to support colleagues who are part of the LGBTQ+ community and ensuring they feel valued by promoting equality, addressing barriers in the sector through the expertise and experience of the Inclusion Allies.

Dan Hope, Admin Manager of Member Investments, and member of the Your Coop Inclusion Allies Network, at Co-op, highlighted that supporting Pride sets a powerful example for inclusivity and empowerment to foster a truly inclusive community in the convenience sector.
