The following information has been provided by Paypoint for retailers on the Energy Bills Support Scheme and redeeming prepayment vouchers.
Energy Bills Support Scheme vouchers will be presented to retailers as a letter from their Energy Supplier or as a bar code on a mobile device. Before processing a voucher please ask for ID, which should match the name and address on the voucher.
Today (27th October) the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) has launched a series of training videos which have been developed to support and protect colleagues working in the retail sector.
